Gene D. Lipscher attended undergraduate school at Drew University and then received his law degree from University of Miami School of Law in 1991. After graduating law school with honors and passing the Florida Bar, he moved back to New Jersey to clerk for the Honorable Robert Longhi, a Superior New Jersey Court Judge (Middlesex County). During this clerkship, Gene sat for and passed the New Jersey Bar. From there, he went on to work as a commercial litigator for the New Jersey based law firm of Stern, Steiger, Croland, Tanenbaum and Schielke.
In 1994, Gene returned to Florida and joined the Palm Beach law firm of Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay, P.A., as an associate attorney. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to a shareholder of the firm and ran the firm’s commercial litigation department.
In 2003, Gene decided to branch out and open his own law practice. The focus of his firm has always been and always will be to provide efficient legal services and practical solutions for clients.
Gene has practiced in the field of commercial litigation for over twenty five years. In 2007, he was certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Business Litigator, and continues to hold this distinction to this day. Gene also has a passion for assisting the elderly with their needs regarding long term care and estate planning. He understands the complex issues that face the aging senior population and can offer real life solutions to guide them through a what may seem to be unending maze of legal issues, life decisions and financial uncertainties.
Gene has been married to his wife, Toni Brooker Lipscher, for over 26 years. They have three children, Drew, Cole and Kira, who are all currently attending college at the same time. Gene and Toni live in Jupiter, Florida, were they have been residents since 2001.
