Gene D. Lipscher attended undergraduate school at Drew University and then received his law degree from University of Miami School of Law in 1991. After graduating law school with honors and passing the Florida Bar, he moved back to New Jersey to clerk for the Honorable Robert Longhi, a Superior New Jersey Court Judge (Middlesex County). During this clerkship, Gene sat for and passed the New Jersey Bar. From there, he went on to work as a commercial litigator for the New Jersey based law firm of Stern, Steiger, Croland, Tanenbaum and Schielke.
In 1994, Gene returned to Florida and joined the Palm Beach law firm of Alley, Maass, Rogers & Lindsay, P.A., as an associate attorney. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to a shareholder of the firm and ran the firm's commercial litigation department.
In 2003, Gene decided to branch out and open his own law practice. The focus of his firm has always been and always will be to provide efficient legal services and practical solutions for clients.
Gene has practiced in the field of commercial litigation for over thirty-two five years. In 2007, he was certified by the Florida Bar as a Board Certified Business Litigator, and continues to hold this distinction to this day. He holds an AV rating, the highest ratings for professional excellence and ethical standards award by Martindale-Hubbell, one of the oldest and most recognized lawyer rating services in the United States. He also has a five star rating out of five stars with AVVO, an online directory of attorneys.
Gene has been married to his wife, Toni Brooker Lipscher, for over thirty-two years. They have three children, Drew, Cole and Kira, who are following different career paths. Their older son, Drew just passed the Florida Bar and is currently working for a commercial litigation firm in Cape Coral, Florida. Their middle son, Cole is an accomplished Sushi Chef and is currently learning to fly with the hopes of one day being a commercial pilot. Kira, the youngest, recently graduated from Auburn University and will attending graduate school for speech pathology in the very near future.
In his spare time, Gene enjoys volunteering in the local community. He serves as President of the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which runs the entire sports program in Jupiter. Currently, there are approximately 6,500 boys and girls that participate in in JTAA sports. He is also President of the Jupiter Tequesta Moose Lodge # 2237, which is a fraternal organization that raises money for Moose International charities, as well as locally based charities and organizations in Palm Beach County. He also serves as Vice-President of the Jupiter Historical Society.
